I'm Dan McCarthy, an Australian pastry chef with a love for great food and the process behind making it. My background is in hospitality and pâtisserie, and I hold a Certificate IV in Pâtisserie.
My approach is simple: learn the fundamentals, use good ingredients and never stop experimenting. Good food doesn't need to be complicated.
